Support for Hathaway for Supreme Court
Judge has record of fairness, impartiality and upholding law
TRAVERSE CITY – Local, environmental and conservation leaders will voice their support for Diane Marie Hathaway, candidate for Michigan Supreme Court.
Hathaway, a married mother of five, has served as Wayne County Circuit judge since 1993. Prior to her election as judge, Hathaway served as an assistant Macomb County prosecutor, where she prosecuted drug dealers, violent offenders, sex predators and scam artists. Hathaway has a record of protecting individual and public rights, and is a strong supporter of Michigan’s Great Lakes, land and air.
